Cancellation, No-Show and Delay Policy for Scheduled Appointments.

At BEAUTÉQUE SKIN & LASER, each interested party is served completely individually by a single professional.

The purpose of this specific policy is to protect stakeholders and professionals, for a smooth collaboration characterized by respect and understanding.

DELAYS:
In the event of a delay of arrival of the interested party by more than 15 minutes from the scheduled appointment time and when no information is provided, the business reserves the right to refuse the service or part thereof, if it deems that the flow of the daily program is affected.

ANNULMENT:
Interested parties who wish to cancel their scheduled appointment should make sure to cancel 24 hours or as soon as possible before the start of the appointment.

In the event that the interested party does not cancel the scheduled appointment and fails to show up for more than 3 times, the business reserves the right to :

• Withhold 20% of the cost of the next appointment.
• The collaboration between professional and interested party is resolved.
